Reconditioning Method
Each and every Skyjack machinery prior to disassembly will be carefully checked with all safety bulletins and outstanding updates. before being carefully prepped for painting, all weldments are closely inspected for any defects.
The Recon Division at Skyjack has all the required equipment to complete a high quality, professional paint job. They offer a state of the art blasting booth as well as a complete paint line and oven.
Each Skyjack machinery put back together according to OEM standards and certain parts are replaced with new ones. The parts which get replaced includes: 110V outlet, the hydraulic fluids, filters and hoses, the main control and main electrical cables and joystick controllers. In addition, each unit receives new tires, batteries and bushings and battery cables and worn pins are replaced.
With a rated load capacity of 90,000 pounds in the 2nd and 1st tiers, the TXLC-974 also provides eighty five thousand pounds load capacity in the 4th and 3rd tiers.
